Family Film Guide

Family Film Guide is a film guide written for conservative parents, by conservative parents. Every film in the guide carries a structured review: a verdict, an age recommendation, a merit score, and a category-by-category scorecard covering both content concerns and the worldview a film teaches.

Our reviewers are vetted and invited — every featured review is written by a named person with a profile you can read, not scraped or generated. Parents with an account can add their own perspective in the community reviews, which are read by a moderator before they appear.

The point is not to count swear words. It is to answer the question a parent actually has: is this film worth my family's evening? A clean film can be hollow, and a serious film can be worth a conversation. The scorecard and the merit score exist to keep those two judgements separate.
